INTRODUCTION OF “PROJECT 3E”
Project 3E, pronounced “three”, focuses on the simple concept of the balance between foods we eat and the amount of exercise we get, while examining the consequences of the balance or imbalance. We call this the 3 E’s approach; Eat Healthy, Exercise and Examination.
By focusing attention on the 3 E’s, and offering incentives to encourage good habits, we believe behavioral change will occur, producing more healthy individuals as shown by health indicators.
It is a balancing act. If we eat more, we must exercise more. Knowing the balancing act idea is one thing, using it to make you healthy is another.
Truly smart people can learn by seeing or hearing, the rest of us must learn through experience. In this project we plan to put knowledge to the test, prove it thru experience on an individual basis, and realize the POWER.
