Excercise – Fit for Life


PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES and TRACKING

Physical exercise must balance the consumption of food or exceed it to lose weight. Therefore, physical education will be stressed during the project’s health fairs. Physical Fitness benefits will be given to the participants, and goals will be set for daily exercise.

Entry into local walks and runs going on in our community will also be encouraged. The project will organize walks/runs, bike outings and hiking trips during the year.

Local facilities such as Cumberland Falls State Park and Laurel Lake have miles of great trails for hiking or biking.

All exercise will be tracked through diary inputs and technology devices to aid calculating the caloric burn rates. Participants will be able to log in to our system to view the progress an map out a plan for their future.
